Requirements: Originally we were asked to carry out the design build of one leaf within Tower 42 during construction. We were then contracted to continue through the adjacent leaf increasing the overall area to 7,000 sq.ft. The fit-out provided all administrative functions then included a high level CEO client area. The challenge was for MorrCo to develop design whilst continuing the current build. The project was completed on time and within our clients budget expectations.
