Requirements:We were commissioned by Davy (Irish Investment Bank) to Design & Build their new London Headquarters. The brief was to mirror the design of their Headquarters in Dublin. The challenge involved completing the fit out in a very tight time schedule, sourcing materials from all over the world and co-ordinating the associated lead-times for these. The client was particularly impressed with the level of detail, quality finish and time taken to create this space.

Eaton Vance

Requirements: We were commissioned by Eaton Vance to Design & Build their new London Headquarters. The brief was to mirror the design of their Headquarters in New York & Boston. The challenges included regular liaison with the Boston-based Architects, coordinating two site visits for them, sourcing materials from all over the world and managing the associated lead-times for these. The Architects were particularly impressed with the level of detail, quality finish and time taken to create this space.

Project: Exact Target

Crownhouse, High Street, Loughton, Essex

Requirements: Media 10 approached us to design their new offices in Loughton to accommodate their expanding business. The client wanted a light and airy space, whilst being innovative and stimulating to inspire the company's creative team. Project: Tower 42

Requirements:Following the expiry of the tenant's lease agreement we undertook the complete Landlord CAT A refurbishment works. The works included installation of new raised access flooring system which was to be left in a showroom condition ready for Agents Showcase event on 29th September 2010.

- Strip out of tenants CAT B installation, new raised access flooring, modifications to services to suit open plan lay out

Requirements: A physiotherapy practice took occupation of 7,000 sq ft based on the Chelsea Embankment overlooking the Thames. Tres' wishes were to combine their practice with an Art Gallery type feel for both practical and aesthetic purposes. The project was delivered successfully with both budget and programme targets. We worked closely with Steelcase to develop both the brief and therefore design.
