MorrCo will implement a Safe Management System, which will incorporate:
• The Clients safety requirements and codes of practice
• All statutory requirements
• Best industry practices
• A fire safety plan The system will through out the project to ensure:
• Safe working systems are considered at all times
• Safety induction for all operatives
• Method statements, COSHH & Risk Assessments are produced
• Permit to work procedures are implemented We have realised the limitations of our own Management of Health & Safety and have appointed an external advisor, The Health & Safety People, to review, restructure and manage our current Management System ensuring not only strict compliance but also greater understanding. This will further improve our company's awareness and ability to both manage projects successfully and safely.
