We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the construction of Wipro's UK Head Quarters based in Sheldon Square, Paddington, London.
We have been instructed to carry out a comprehensive design & build scheme including design implementation of all mechanical services, electrical, sprinkler systems, fire alarm, security system, partitioning and furniture layout and all soft furnishings.
Design & build included management of all statutory obligations including landlords consent, planning permission for external mounted condenser units and all building regulatory matters.
