MorrCo were pleased to be awarded the contract for the Design and Build of offices for Corus.
We carried out a comprehensive design and build scheme existing of shell and core floor plate. Including design and implementation of all building services, mechanical and electrical, sprinkler systems, fire alarm, security system, partitioning and furniture layout and all soft furnishings.
Design & build included management of all statutory obligations including landlords consent, planning permission for external mounted condenser units and all building regulatory matters.
