MorrCo have been awarded the CAT A fit out of Level 12 at Tower 42 in Old Broad Street.
The works comprise strip out existing office to the three wings and making modifications to the A/C and heating systems, supply and fit new ceilings and LED light fittings, spraying all perimeter window frames, wall lining core walls all with Eco friendly products and installing new raised access flooring throughout.
